Wide experience of upstream oil and gas law matters. Acted for oil companies and service companies on broad range of activities including asset acquisitions and disposals (including corporate and asset sale and purchase agreements and farmouts), JOA’s, rig contracts and offshore services agreements, FPSO contracts, procurement contracts, construction and tie-in agreements, transportation and processing agreements, and decommissioning security agreements. Significant in-house experience - one year secondment to Tullow Oil and three and a half years to E.ON Ruhrgas UK - responsible for provision of legal support for daily operational and procurement activities in an in-house capacity.
