Despite the fact that John did not have any venture capital money to help fund the development of this platform, John and his team were able to deliver a fully functioning solution that far exceeded the capabilities of any other platform of its type in the industry. Due to his tremendous vision and strong leadership skills, John quickly rose through the ranks at Microlog and was ultimately recognized by the Board of Directors by being named the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. During his time as CEO of the company, John clearly demonstrated that in addition to his tremendous technical knowledge and skills, he was a very strong and inspirational leader possessing the type of high integrity seldom seen in industry today. John was tireless in his leadership role and is in my opinion one of the finest men I have ever had the good fortune to work with in my career.
