Lead and manage a team of 6, responsible in planning and procurement of BOM and Non-BOM materials; maintenance of production data, vendor data and inventory management and governance in SAP; with specific activities being performed as follows:• Plan material requirements that are intended for production use for both BOM and Non-BOM items• Scout and evaluate vendors, negotiate for best price and ensure terms and conditions are met• Ensure payment KPI are met and are made within the agreed payment terms• Perform process improvements to ensure that the required materials are of best quality• Manages a team of 6 who are responsible in maintaining the production data in SAP and payments of contracted growers for a specific planting season• Conduct review of masterdata to ensure its quality and reliability• Review, approve and endorse payment proposals• Analyze data and ensure that all KPIs and SLAs of the team are executed accordingly• Lead improvement projects that add efficiency to the process of procurement, delivery and inventory management.• Lead periodic and annual inventory count and ensure that all variances are within allowable limit

Lead and supervise a team of 11, responsible in maintaining Master Data for Materials, Vendors and Contracts; with specific activities being performed as follows:•Supervise and oversee daily operations in SCC Master Data operations•Perform all MDM - related processes that will form part of the governance structure of the comprehensive MDM framework for Vestas•Initiate proposals for standardization and process improvements•Lead person for the team to ensure data accuracy and consistency are being met•Establish an excellent working relationship with the business units and within the team •Adhere to KPI's and SLAs around Material, Contracts and Vendor Master Data•Run designated reports that will support analytics, data accuracy, metrics and reporting•Maintain consistency, uniformity and accuracy of Master data across all systems (SAP and Infor XA)•Focal person in managing inquiries, errors, defects and other data queries•Spearhead the major activity by conducting training and workshops required for specific deliverables•Perform tasks necessary to complete performance objectives•Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time•Review and provide constructive feedback to Department Head on behavior and work ethics

General Responsibilities:•Serves as Subject Matter Expert for SAP Technical Assets business process•Leads Master Data, projects and improvement activities for standardization of master data•Generates reports in SAP for Data Alignment opportunity per Data Quality Standards and Process Work Instructions.•Perform data analysis, mapping, cleansing and documentation for all equipment & functional location master data.•Responsible for maintenance of Site Reference Binder (business requirements, process flows, functional specifications and quality improvement plans)•Develop working relationships with counterparts/stakeholders to ensure rapid research and response times•Responsible for the specification, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation of the following GSAP PM functions: data conversion for upload, Classifications, Technical Reports, Equipment drawings and Documents.•Develop, maintain & deliver GSAP-PM training for end user•Create and maintain master data and ensure the integrity of the data and conformance with global data standards and procedures• Migration and transfer of Plant Maintenance SAP R/3 Magellan data to Global SAP P94• Composed of data mining, data extraction and data modeling per requirement of the business• Parallel testing, upload and quality audit for pre go-live activities• High level of support to the business, understanding the requirements and propose cost effective ways to achieve the targets and metrics• Performs master data validation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.• Perform Refinery requirement for SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) such as specifications, loop diagrams; etc.• Perform site engagement to update the stakeholders as regards to the status of projects or the site as a whole.• SPI Forum Lead for all Americas SPI Users.

• Invited by Shell to Martinez Refinery in California USA to manage SPI Project. The project aimed to establish the plant’s requirement for instrumentation and build the entire database from scratch. Part of the business travel was to procure other project opportunities from the site which Manila can perform. • Led 8 engineers in a project which aimed to build entire database for a Shell Refinery in United States. Tasks and process ownerships were equally distributed to maintain each engineer’s work-life balance. Cross – training and cross – function were given focus to develop everyone’s knowledge and skills. Continuous group effort in planning strategies to deliver quality data on time as required by the project o Standardize instrumentation data for Shell Martinez Refineryo Forum Lead for all Americas End Users.ACHIEVEMENTS:• Completed projects that generated a business benefit savings of 1.5M USD• Awarded by “Shell One Finance” for successfully leading SPI project with accuracy, integrity and quality; with stakeholder’s recommendation• Received 2 EVP Awards Nominations for successfully delivering projects that directly benefitted the business through continuous process improvement• Migrated additional two projects to Manila through successful streamlining and business engagements

1. Assure production material completion for production use.2. Maintain inventory and analyze stock materials in SAP.3. Led a team of 8 planning staffs that provide daily production schedule for PCB In-house and sub-contractor. Prepare Business Plan (production, efficiency, costs, etc.). Study production and manpower efficiency and capacity that are being used in localization of processes and products. Manage components of recovery and contingency planning to ensure business requirements are in place and no additional losses to arise. o Assure sufficient material for production that ensures daily and monthly requirements will be served without any delay. o Finalize quotations and supplier and vendor approvals as evaluated by the team.ACHIEVEMENTS:• Effectively led the study on different production attributes like costs, losses, efficiency and productivity. The study resulted to production expansion from 2 lines to 6 lines• 100% acquisition of sub-contractor produced items as a result of continuously improved planning and production processes.*Working as production in-charge and planner at the same time.

Handled 110 production operators and 20 kitting operators.
