Co-Founded City National Bank's Aviation Finance and Equipment Leasing Group. The group has become quite successful, landing on the equipment leasing Monitor 100 in the second year of our operations. I oversee all aviation and renewable energy financing as well as manage documentation and funding, portfolio management, reporting, and customer service functions. I also conducted Lease product presentations to bank branches to train bank officers about how to identify leasing prospects within their customer base and how to sell lease products to them.

Oversaw Documentation and Lease Servicing Teams. Key projects included streamlining the origination process and the creation of a virtual file room. Prior to managing the documentation process, I served as a senior credit analyst position where I conducted in person due diligence client visits.

AVCO, was a subsidiary of Textron Financial Corporation. I Oversaw Commercial Finance Companies in France, UK, Canada, India, Hong Kong and Australia. Handled Credit, Reporting to Senior Management, Policies, and Credit audit reviews. Textron sold AVCO to the Associates in 1999 who closed our headquarters.

Handled Large Ticket credit approvals ($5 milllion and above) for Fortune 1,000 companies and municipalities. Did equipment loans, leases, facility leases, municipal leases and corporate aircraft financing.

Handled credit approvals for Small - Middle Market transactions ($25 - $250K). Did loans on construction equipment, machine tools, printing presses, etc.
