System set up for all parts and structures ie;BOM's, labor and costing.Forecasting for long lead raw materials. Generate, monitor and close in timely manner all production related orders to support contract due dates. Generate production reports and disdribute to appropriate piers on daily basis. Run daily production meeting. Analyze completed orders for cost variances and communicate to management the outcome and potential solution. Lead in the physical inventory process. Work closely with accounting addressing and setting standard costs. Generate proposals for customer RFQ/ROM and all supported documents required by the customer to substantiate our costs.

Senior Manufacturing and Finished Goods planner. Instrumental in the reduction of finshed goods scrap from over 2 million a year down to 50k. This was accomplished within the first year I took over all of the finshed goods planning and forecasting.All of this was done while increasing or maintaining our customer service levels in the high 90% range. I worked with and trainned lower level planners how to set up flow manufacturing to lower there inventories and shorten there lead times. Particapated in many improvement teams from lean manufacturing, to Oracle implementation.

In 1995-1996 I was instrumental in coordinating all demand to and from our sister company in the Netherlands. 1997-1998 I worked on the stent transfer team after the J&J merger. 1999-2001 I worked as the sole planner for the self expanding stent division. I was responsable for the procurement of the raw stent material from our other branch in California, all chemicals associated with the stent Mfg. process. I was able to save the company 200K per year by setting up vendor visual self replenishment of inventory and changing the container sizes. 2002-2003 I was the New Products planner for the Endovascular division. Responsabilties included working with multiple engineering groups to accomplish new product launch's in our Juarez facility. This included traveling to Jaurez to perform validations and train Jarez personel. Made sure all materials were available and in place prior to traveling.

I was reponseable for all of the purchasing of electronic and mechanical parts associated with my product lines. I was instrumental in setting up the pull system for sub assemblies and setting up the cycle count program to eleminate the annual physical inventory.
