Camp Lejeune

Sierra Vista Arizona

Provides full spectrum biometric equipment servicing, advanced support, problem resolution and focused instruction to civilian and military customers on all aspects of biometric collection and servicing for SEEK II, BAT and HIIDE systems. Key member of the Home Station Support Team that develops instructional material for the frequently evolving field of Biometrics training. Confers with system experts on new and upcoming biometric software implementations such as MARS, ROBS and BAT 5. Prepares equipment for fielding to numerous locations across the globe. Replicates, tests and installs various system images for biometric collection and training. Provides and implement feedback on training manuals and instructional courses. Supports the Department of Defense with assistance and implementation on all aspects of biometric operational support.

Afganistan

Field Support Engineer with 16 months experience. Graduate from CGI FSE Course. I have served as a subject matter expert and FSE on biometric collection and equipment in Afghanistan. In addition to servicing and ensuring the operability of BAT and HIIDE systems in Zabul and Uruzgan in southern Afghanistan, I have trained military members, assessed field sites and trained the tactics, techniques and procedures for biometric operations in austere combat conditions. I have worked closely with military commanders and Biometrically Enabled Intelligence Analysts in providing the material needed for their products and reports.

Graduate from Oberon BATS enrollment course. I have a wealth of experience in biometric equipment operation (BAT/HIIDE) and provided first rate support for biometric collection and on the spot training at various sites in Southern and Western Iraq. I enforced biometric collection standards and supervised a team of up to 7 enrollers in meeting and exceeding the demands of military customers in biometric collection operations.

Directed comprehensive training program for advancement in several different Air Force Specialty Codes. Led team that ensured daily training activities for 30 intelligence specialists and several hundred aircrew operators. Ensured national directives were followed. Subject to frequent in depth inspections on training processes and procedures.Identified and corrected major procedural flaws in task training efforts. Led comprehensive overhaul of all critical task areas. Supervisory skill and attention to detail produced a “Perfect” score on comprehensive Air Force Inspector General Inspection. Directly responsible for the development and supervision of ten trainers. Management of Intelligence Support to military operations resulted in three time selection as #1 Electronic Warfare Unit in the United States Air Force.Leadership directly resulted in Intelligence Flight selected as best in 8th Air Force, additionally was personally selected as Intelligence Manager of the Year 2007, for the Air Force’s largest flying organization.
