• Acts as consultant in charge for the assigned projects• Monitors the implementation of designs and plans in actual construction.• Coordinates with design department, production and in-house MEPFS Engineering regarding the approvals/ submittals and site queries• Prepares plans and other necessary details through Construction bulletins and other drawings as required.• Handles the concerns, problems and issues of the projects based on prioritization and urgency.• Review, provide and submit reports gathered about the status, pending issues and deadlines of the projects.• Attends meetings with clients, both internal and external

• Conducts daily inspection of all works done by the contractor/s and see to it that all works shall conform to approved drawings, plans and specifications• Responsible for review of all submittals (shop drawings, manufacturer's data, certifications, test data) submitted by the Contractors as to conformity with plans and specifications, make comments/ suggestions before sending to Design Consultants• Renders full time inspection of installations and material deliveries to ascertain that they are being undertaken in conformance with the contract documents.• Quantification and evaluation of works accomplished and changed order if there's any.

- Responsible for Implementation of approved procedures and materials as specified in Specifications and Lead Architect. - Reviewing issued plans revisions upon implementation on site - Conducts punch list, quality inspections and site monitoring- Assisting and Involves in bidding activities of architectural construction packages for the project.- Prepares weekly progress photos reports, monitoring charts, meeting minutes and issues Letters, Notice memos and Site instructions.- Evaluates Contractor’s Billing
