Truen Associates was created 20 years ago and became Truen & Michaels Associates 5 years ago. Truen & Michaels Associates is a commercial mortgatge broker that arranges financing for all types of commercial property such as apartment and mixed use buildings, industrial, taypayers, retail, office, owner occupied, specialty type properties etcc.. Furthermore, we also arrange and provide financing for construction, bridge loans and hard money loans. Our goal at Truen & Michaels is to secure for our clients the lowest commercial loan rates and desired terms available in the market, thereby saving them time and money, as well as making the application process as hassle free as possible.

Interbank of New York was a federal insured Commercial Bank that was created in 1990. I started at the Bank in loan operations and over the years I moved up the ranks and took over the commercial real estate department in 1994. In 1996, I was promoted to Vice President and 2001 to Senior Vice President. I was a member of the Credit Committee and Management Committee. I also established and managed the largest portolio of the Bank. In 2004 the Bank was sold, my contract expired and I resigned to become a partner of Truen Associates.
