John has experience handling complex litigation matters in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit evaluation through discovery disputes, corporate and expert depositions, trial, and verdict. John has over fourteen years' experience in achieving beneficial outcomes in both state and federal courts for his clients. Prior to joining the legal profession, John had a distinguished career in project management and information technology. At CBMG3, he used this background to develop and implement workflow methodologies that ensured the efficient prosecution and/or defense of complex litigation matters.
