Following acquisition of Johnson & Hayward named one of the lead executives for a new International Mail Services division of Pitney Bowes. Tasked to build a new division through acquisitions in the US and abroad, as well as with organic growth of the integrated companies. Successfully executed $250MM+ in acquisitions in the US and Europe. Led due diligence and PMI (Post Merger Integration) activities following acquisitions. Also, had lead role for developing and negotiating commercial agreements and partnerships with international postal administrations to build a global distribution network for mail and parcels. Negotiated a $100M exclusive Joint Venture to provide marketing and sales development for the U.K. Royal Mail services in the U.S.
