Our residents come to us from the state psychiatric hospitals, mental health units and private homes. The program is designed to move them on to safe affordable independent housing within two years of admission. Oversee the OMH based HCBS Waiver Program. This program is an advocacy program for children with Mental Health issues. Three levels of support based on the needs of the child are offered by TLS through this program. The program is designed to improve the quality of life for the children, and their families, by coordinating care and services with the parents and siblings, schools, doctors and mental health professionals.
