 Assign trouble tickets and Work orders in accordance with CBRE Job scope Solicit and compile bid packages for approval and selection Schedule all inspections Fire, Elevator, Infra-Red, ETC. Update spreadsheets within Microsoft excel Mastered Microsoft office/PowerPoint and the Amazon (coupa) finance side Provide quotes submit requisitions and obtain PO’s to vendors to have work/projects completed Analyzes work orders by size, urgency, skill set, location, complexity, and available manpower Coordinates the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors. Work closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and another resources necessary to accomplish the work in the most productive manner possible.  Develop, maintain and distribute work flow processes to the entire account team documenting how work is planned, scheduled and executed. Work with management team to optimize the mixes of: planned and scheduled work, scheduled (but not planned) work, and unscheduled work. Provide regular statistical reporting to the management team
