Successfully undertook a deep dive into capital delivery client relationships across the council having written and produced revised governance and protocol following consultation with stakeholders.Outputs from separate housing and non-housing reviews led to an improved and better coordinated approach to capital programme delivery across all client teams and a shared depository for programme monitoring and reporting which enabled a subsequent migration of all Council Capital Programme data to SharePoint - MS TEAMs. Bespoke templates were also written and adapted as required to comply with Internal Audit recommendationsProtocols successfully updated to clarify the relationship between client and capital delivery teams ensuring that each team understands its roles responsibilities and accountability within projects and programmes. In addition, ensuring consistent use of the prescribed approvals process for progressing projects to sign-off in terms of financial monitoring and programme delivery of a built product value circa £600M

Responsible for Technical Client Built Product and FM on behalf of the Directorate, across Education Health and Social Care, leading on Civil Protection and Emergency Planning., Risk Management and Business Continuity. BEC Manager for London 2012 Olympics. Developed, rolled out and maintained Directorate wide M-o-R Risk Management Methodology to 35 senior managers using JCAD. Developed and supported the Programme Management and operational delivery of the Care Bill and Better Care Fund (BCF) across LBTH Social Care and East London NHS.Led the Technical Client Contract Management of the 2014/15 full refurbishment and staff relocation for the LBTH Professional Development Centre £2.7m.

Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the Council’s accommodation programme and FM realignment using AGILE methodology; involving the sale of Council assets, Refurbishment Lease ‘delaps' ICT roll-out and the relocation of 2500 staff across 5 Council directorates into a new Town Hall and annexed accommodation following a Office Fit-Out programme £4.1m

Responsible for the Social Services Capital Programme and Property Maintenance (circa £80m portfolio) facilities management, risk management and health and safety, managing a team of 5. Notably, during this time, successfully planned and piloted the operational service delivery of LIFT (local initiative finance trust) working in partnership with NHS circa £ 8.3m proposed service relocation of 700 staff for the joint health authority. This was the first central government LIFT initiative in the country; partnering with the Primary Care Trust.

A full refurbishment and turn-key relocation and FM package.Kansallis Osake Pannki (Helsinki Merchant Bank) E Block Thomas Moore Street. This was a full re-location and office fit-out from shell and core with a turn-key package over five floors value £3.7m 55,00 sq. ft.Pre- 1988Contract Manager for the following companies:Ken Mundan (Shopfitting) specialising in high-end interiors in London's West End Woodfern (General Building Family Business) specialising in housing and care home refurbishment for local authorities
