Project Coordinator
CurrentAct as primary resource to customer/sales, design, scheduling, production, accounting, fulfillment, quality and plant management. Coordinate production requirements, inbound product, shipping, and inventory management; drive pre-production meetings. Develop and manage time lines for order/project execution by acting as filter of information and facilitator of communication flow between departments in the facility and external parties. Setup new items and bill of materials, place and track orders through multiple systems.Responsibilities also includes outside purchases, disputes, estimating and customer quotes.
