Act as primary resource to customer/sales, design, scheduling, production, accounting, fulfillment, quality and plant management. Coordinate production requirements, inbound product, shipping, and inventory management; drive pre-production meetings. Develop and manage time lines for order/project execution by acting as filter of information and facilitator.

Analyze and report status of all DVD sales orders to customers and executives. Provide communication between customers and distribution centers.Expedite shipments to meet customer requirements.

Process order modifications via fax, phone, or email. Coordinate return of damaged or refused product and issue credit. Create procedure manuals and train new employees.
