I teach the “Science Of Success" at the University of Texas. When I turned 50, I discovered something LIFE-CHANGING. At 50, I wasn’t as successful as I thought I should be. Quickly my income started doubling and doubling. To the point where four years later I was netting 25 times the $200,000-$300,0000 a year I'd made each of the prior 20 years. I felt so blessed! I had LEVERAGED myself through science. By rewiring my autopilot. Now the right actions were happening automatically without thinking.This 12 minute day technique worked because it gave me a level of CONTROL over my life beyond what I'd ever experienced before. Over the next 20 years, I was in 7 different industries. In 2004 I founded a company in the reverse mortgage industry, growing it to become the biggest in Texas & 4th biggest in the country. In 2013 I sold my company. HELPING OTHERSTo give back, I started “The Better Life Foundation”. Its purpose is to help single moms. PERSONAL… I now live on Lake Austin with my precious wife Ginger. I play blues guitar in a band & I love football.
