Current- The purpose of this position is to professionally manage Field Service (on-site) and remote (phone support) Technical Service assignments on new installations and overhauls of Locomotive projects worldwide. I work in.

- Monitor and expedite support contracts.
- Coordinate and facilitate to resolve customer and product based issues
- Help maintain Engineering and production standards
- Provide service of all equipment installations and overhauls as needed.
