My name is John Molnar and I am a Platinum SAP HR Consultant. I was originally hired by SAP AG (Walldorf, Germany) in 1990 to develop the SAP HR Module for the North American market. I was then sent back to SAP America where I was their very first HR Consultant for all of North America. I was responsible for rolling out the HR Product for SAP as well as be the sole configurator. I was also responsible for hiring and training all new SAP HR Consultants. I have been through ten (11) Full Implementations, bringing these clients LIVE from START to FINISH on the HR Module:1. Eastman Chemical Company 2. SAP America, Inc 3. CDI Corporation 4. UNISOURCE 5. ADOBE Corporation 6. Fleming Companies7. First Energy8. United States Navy9. Green, Tweed & Co10. United Launch Alliance 11. Newmont Mining I have also consulted over 100+ clients throughout Canada, United States, Mexico, Brazil and Japan. I have implemented EVERY SAP module under the Human Resource Umbrella (Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Development (PD), Career and Succession Planning, Recruitment, Time Management, Time Tracking, Benefits Administration, Education and Training Administration, Education and Training Planning, Organizational Management) with the exception of Payroll, Time Evaluation and CATS.
