I am the Education Manager at Impulse Music Co. a position I've held since August of 2023. In this role I have spearheaded events such as Lesson Open Houses, Student Recitals, and created a new curriculum for the Academy. I also assisted with creating advertising campaigns that have improved Impulse's outreach among the community and the local school programs.In my time as Education Manager Impulse's student count has improved by over 20%, with events I managed resulting in an increase in our student count, and our presence amongst the local community has increased.In addition I also assist the Store Manager with managing the lessons academy and its teachers. Some of my duties include scheduling lessons, managing customer accounts, and creating invoices for Charter School programs. In my capacity in this role I also help deescalate conflict with customers and help manage issues within the store staff.In addition to my role as Education Manager I am also a teacher at Impulse Music Co. I manage my own schedule of 30-40 students a week, plan appropriate curriculum for each student. Students of mine have won high places in Honor Bands, Community Orchestras, and principal chairs in their school bands and orchestras.
