-Work closely with Project Managers and Interior Design firms to create Submittal sets for client approval.- Detail and create 3D models from scratch of furniture and millwork of approved drawings.- Automate and program CNC to produce designs.- Create detailed assembly drawing for woodshop and manufacturing.

- Work with preexisting conditions on site and design a solution that will allow us to install windows.- Model in 3D the details of parts being used for jobs.- Calculate take offs and manufacturing dimensions for shop drawings. - Design and layout shop drawings using AutoCAD for manufacturing and Windows.- Calculate and respond to customer inquires via telephone/email and give budget pricing for windows. I explain the differences between our window types and resolve any questions or problems they may have.

•Process engineered wood product (EWP) orders and analyze margins and quality standards.•Perform estimating and takeoff services using ability to understand blueprints and customer requirements for specific projects.•Compute I-joists and laminated (LVL) beamload and grade requirements and material stress factors to determine design specifications based on customers structural design needs.•Use 3D to design track homes and Custom Homes.•Plan and pace own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals.•Use knowledge of loading conditions and utilize design software packages.

•Educate customers on how our beer is brewed and the Red Brick Brewing brand.•Show customers the brewhouse where the beer is brewed and give detailed descriptions of each piece that makes up the brew process.•Pour tastings of our beer to customers and help them decide what beer best fits their taste.•Work behind the scenes at Events and Festivals held by the brewery.

•Design of 2D CAD floor designs and 3D data review from OEMs.•New design development and product design. •Product assembly and product test fitting.•Creating PPT/PDF assembly and installation instructions for new products.

•Duties include refurbishing cubical panels by recovering the panels with new fabric and replacing all hardware.•Assembling new furniture for customers.•Managing time to have jobs done on schedule and working together with the team to help solve problems.
