Senior Advisor with the solid-state battery company Amptricity. In this role I am primarily focused on providing assistance in the identification and selection of potential EPC contractors and Consultants in connection with several 2 GWh plants Amptricity will build in the US over the next several years. This role also includes identifying and analyzing the merits of potential locations for these factories. I have also been working as an adviser for the development of several high speed, state of the art data centers to be constructed in the Chicagoland area since 2022. I am an adviser for the up and coming Woodlawn Redevelopment Program.

The firm, which now is part of the Carillon Group was formed to offer "American style" Construction Management expertise to clients in London and the United Kingdom.Spent approximately 15 months gaining hands on building and construction management experience, prior to the planned move to Chicago, USA in January1984.Worked on the following prestigious projects:• Reckitt and Coleman Headquarters, London, United Kingdom• Abbey National Headquarters, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom

Responsible for negotiation of subcontracts, suppliers, and labor only subcontracts, design of temporary works, management of day-to-day construction activities, and establishment of claims for the following projects:• A34 Sutton Scotney - All bridge and underpass work, comprising some 13 structures, and managing three (3) section engineers, three (3) general foremen and their staff.• M26 Contract 2 - North London - 2-mile highway tunnel, constructed using ICOS diaphragm walling, structural and precast concrete.• M54 Contract 4 Telford/Wolverhampton including approximately 12 structures including the Birmingham/ Crewe Express Railway Crossing, and the major M54/M6 Motorway interchange. Both the railway and the M54/M6 crossings were over "live" traffic. The M54/M6 required a complete Contractor led re-design of the structures.

Worked as a Site Engineer for 12 months when he was promoted to a Section Engineer. Worked on the following projects:• Mll, 4B Cambridge - responsible for managing staff to construct eight (8) major structures including an extremely complex crossing of the London/York Express Railway Link. This specific project required a contractor led re-design of the rail crossing and the use of a 1,000 ton "mobile" crane to install the structural deck. Responsible for two river crossings.• A30 Trunk Road, Exeter - responsible for managing staff to construct eight (8) structures over difficult terrain.Site Engineer:• Mll Contract 3B Bishops Stortford - Experience in earthmoving, site utilities, curb and pavement construction, structural foundations, bridge construction, temporary works design
