My work experience for the last thirty four years has covered two very different fields. My first fourteen years of employment were working for the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families working with emotional disturbed children. My next twenty years were in the business field as a production manager/ quality control for a company that provided electronic data driven reports for pharmaceutical companies sales representatives. Both experience taught me important people skills which I have been told I excel at. I have supervised teams, followed strict time lines, analyzed data,but most importantly listened to the needs of people and met them in a timely appropriate manner.
