As Project Manager I oversaw and directed construction projects from conception to completion. Reviewed the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Oversaw all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinated and directed construction workers and subcontractors. Meet contractual conditions of performance. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Planned ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.

Company has an annual revenue of $2.5 to 5 million. Responsible for new construction, additions, and renovations. Including procurement, scheduling, cost control, and project coordination between architect and contractors. Through prior experience I understood the importance of effective communication between all project team members and worked well to achieve success for every project.
