As the company's Vice President and Director of Programs, I was responsible for overseeing various technology programs, while exercising accountability over $200M worth of P&L and new orders for all division contracts from 2013 to 2023, along with US Navy Periscope and Optronic Mast contracts valued at up to $80M from 2008 to 2013. Initially, I began my career with the company as Senior Program Manager for the development of Photonic Mast Systems for Virginia-class submarines, and promoted to the role of Director of all US Navy Submarine Imaging Programs in 2008 before becoming Vice President of all Programs in 2013.Significant accomplishments include: • Closed $300M worth of contracts for submarine imaging systems, which included Photonics Mast Block 2 and Block 3, Universal Modular Mast Block 3, Cluster Bight, and ISIS Low Profile Mast.• Spearheaded winning bids for $460M worth of Low-Profile Photonic Mast and Tactically-Oriented Technology Insertion Mast, which enabled the Navy to greatly minimize risk of enemy detection of its submarines, and improve its imaging/electronic warfare advantage.• Slashed industrial cooperation commitment by 95% from $100M to just $5M through strategic negotiations with ISDEFE, a Spanish Offset Agency.• Eliminated $2M in potential risks for the Integrated Submarine Imaging System contract upon closing out the deliverables and Conditional Acceptance Items for the aforementioned contract.• Delivered over $20M in cost reduction for US Navy submarine imaging production programs upon oversight and rollout of multiple tactical kaizen improvement programs.
