As a Client Services Manager I am responsible for maintaining and developing relationships across our Key Accounts nationally.Work with the client to develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet their business needs.Identify new business and account growth opportunitiesResolution of escalations from the client and contractors relating to service delivery.Responsible for ensuring that workforce-planning meetings are conducted with client base to facilitate ability to meet the client’s expectation.Responsible for ensuring the service delivery provided to the client is in line with KPI & SLA measures and are in line with client expectationsCoach, mentor and develop team members to enable staff to achieve optimum productivity.Allocate and monitor individual responsibilities and objectives
