• Oversee a team of Pricing Analysts tasked with rebuilding the pricing on certain contracts on a quarterly, semi-annually, or annually basis per the Written Agreement.• Work directly with the Sales Field to ensure we optimize all price changes per the Written Agreement.• Due to the complexity of these Rebuild contracts, they are extremely manual and labor intensive.• Oversee the of building all Headquarter initiated pricing programs for the contract business on a quarterly basis.

Audits• Manage Audit requests from Customers, Third Party Auditors, and Sales Field.• Manage a team of Analysts tasked with analyzing prior purchases to determine the pricing accuracy per the Written Agreement.• Report all findings to Senior Management.• Work directly with the Sales Field to ensure the Customer’s pricing parameters are set up properly per the Written Agreement.• Report any accruals to Accounting.Compliance• Manage a team of Analysts tasked with working directly with the Sales Field to ensure Customers are in compliance with the Written Agreement.• Manage the process of realigning any Customer’s settings that fall outside the Written Agreement.• Ensure that all Customer’s pricing tied to a paper index (RISI, Pulp & Paper) are updated by individuals tasked with this process on a monthly basis as the index moves • Oversee individuals responsible for Custom Pricing certain contracts on a quarterly, semi-annually, or annually basis to optimize all price changes per the Written Agreement.• Oversees team with maintaining Contract Restriction Database which gives us the visibility to the restrictions within the Written Agreements.• We are able to create reports for Senior Management as to specific restrictions by utilizing the Contract Restriction Database.• The Contract Restriction Database is also utilized for Custom Pricing.Rebuilds• Manage a team of Analysts tasked with rebuilding the pricing on certain contracts on a quarterly, semi-annually, or annually basis per the Written Agreement.• Work directly with the Sales Field to ensure we optimize all price changes per the Written Agreement.• Due to the complexity of these Rebuild contracts, they are extremely manual and labor intensive.• Oversee the of building all Headquarter initiated pricing programs for the contract business on a quarterly basis.
