This covered all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle, including programme planning for clients, business analysis, project profit/loss, and preparing invoicing.Covered multiple projects for international clients such as French Connection, Screwfix, and Oxfam

Micros E-commerce Services (formerly Snow Valley) is a subsidiary of £1b turnover MICROS Systems Inc. My primary role was managing multiple retail, hospitality and financial clients by ensuring resource was allocated from a matrix environment in order to deliver a variety of retail or hospitality ecommerce projects valued up to approx £400k, with overall responsibility for project delivery of approx £1 million.The role included a substantial amount of client management, and I am confident with owning the client relationship, identifying potential areas for future growth devising, costing and delivering viable solutions for these. I was also instrumental in demonstrating to management how an Agile project is run, and the benefits of adopting a more Agile approach to all projects within the company.Projects included site upgrades to a newer platform version, moving a retail client to a new responsive CMS system, a greenfield travel money project for a financial company that incorporated significant bespoke development, and the first project with the new parent company, Micros, which delivered a brand new restaurant booking site with a new integration element and on a brand new cms system in just 5 weeks.

WPM is a privately owned development company specialising in ecommerce solutions to the Higher and Further Education sector, at the time processing nearly 700k transactions totaling nearly £80 million annually to over 100 clients.Being the sole PM, it was very fast paced due to the volume of projects from multiple clients on the go at any one time. My primary role was managing and scheduling the development of solutions for existing and new clients, but also ensuring internal development and helpdesk were resourced appropriately. It was also a hybrid role, including business analysis and particularly client consultancy.For many clients it was unfamiliar e-commerce territory, which meant assisting and advising the clients to instill the necessary confidence and reassurance in the solution that was needed. Internally, I ensured developers were clear on the deliverables, timescales and that QA processes were followed.

A hybrid PM/BA role to upgrade and complete development and roll-out a bespoke online exam registration system to multiple countries.The role covered a hardware upgrade and a code upgrade to manage a key strategic aim until the final SAP solution was in place. This included a tendering process, writing many functional specifications, reviewing technical specifications with the 3rd party company, as well as formulating the test approach and overseeing the global roll-out strategy. As well as liaising with multiple exam departments globally, this also had a key strategic role and involved engagement with and accountability to key business stakeholders internally, and managing 3rd party developers externally.

This was a management and teachng role at a school teaching English as a foreign language. My role involved planning for all computer based lessons, creating and updating documention for such lessons, as well as teaching from ages 6 - adult.
