Since 2021, I have led the directorate responsible for research & development and acquisitions & procurement of innovative technologies and equipment for the nation's most elite maritime special operations forces. Extensive experience leading and managing >100 personnel, assessing operational & enterprise risk, designing innovative strategies, aggressively achieving goals, creating and optimizing processes, managing complex programs, analyzing data, and overseeing an annual budget >$200M.
