- Work with a caseload of between six and twenty-one students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or learning and development disorders each semester. - Conduct as needed individual 45-minute meetings with each student on a caseload that can cover assessment, job readiness, resume and cover letter writing skills, interview skills, and assistance with job applications.- Develop workshops covering a range of vocational topics and facilitated one to two one-hour vocational group sessions monthly, contingent upon schedule availability.- Submit reports within 24 hours after the meeting to my designated supervisor as well as the alumnus’ entire team.- Provide feedback on the vocational program, and made suggestions on how to improve, and build upon the program.

- Responsible for delivering safe, quality patient care and services along with direction of a Registered Nurse in accordance with Bellevue’s Hospital’s policies and procedures;- Maintain therapeutic unit milieu for patient and staff safety, including utilizing crisis and/or de-escalation intervention practices, when necessary and appropriate;- Perform observations and monitoring of assigned patients on one to one basis and other assignments from Registered Nurse.- Understand neurological and cultural differences of patients/families and accommodate accordingly;- Document data gathered and care provided in the NYC Health + Hospitals’ Electronic Medical Record System, including, but not limited to; temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, pain screen, height weight, observation and restraints/seclusion monitoring, intake/output;- Assist in the application and removal of restraints and the implementation of restraints/seclusion when deemed necessary by appropriate personnel, while ensuring the physical and emotional health and safety of the patient when using such methods;- Member of a designated care team and collaborates with team members in achieving goals;- Introduces self to patient/family and explains what will be done for/with each patient;- Assure patient privacy at all times;- Report observation of patients /data to registered nurses consistently throughout tours;- Prepare patient and/or examination room for tests/procedures.- Thoroughly completes Environment of Care/Safety and other required documents and towards them to Head Nurse/Charge Nurse/Rn In-Charge;- Demonstrates understanding of human growth and development relative to age;- Understand cultural differences of patients/families and accomdates them as directed by the RN;- Transport equipment not in use from patient's room and returns them to appropriate department for cleaning and repairs;- Accompanies patients to community agencies and facilities.

- A program of the NYS Office of Mental Health funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and administered by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration;- Provide crisis intervention, emotional support, outreach, and individual and group counseling to individuals who are in emotional distress. - Conduct in-person and virtual community outreach to represent the program in the community, including networking and partnering with other agencies to ensure the needs of survivors are met.- Provide presentations and conduct workshops in person and virtually to community groups on disaster reactions, coping skills, stress management, and the crisis counseling program.- Provide professional assessment, consultation, and coordination of referrals and services. - Accurately and efficiently document client interactions into a census data collection database.- Ensure that files are always organized and maintained in a timely manner.- Mentor a cohort of community members, scholar advise and be the main point of contact for their family, guardians, school representatives. - Conduct assessments of clients per policies and procedures.- Manage interactions with clients to ensure the appropriate level of support is provided in an efficient manner. - Schedule in-person meetings weekly with clients or schedule virtual appointments with clients and members of the community.- Attend in-person and/or virtual meetings with supervision to touch base, share ideas, and support one another by discussing stress coping techniques and self-care for crisis counseling program staff.

- Provided support to and feedback for staff while also looking out for the students' best interests.- Provided timely approval and feedback before staff members meet with a student again through reports.- Provided a safe space for staff members to ask questions and receive guidance. - Shared important information in a timely manner to assist staff providers in understanding a holistic view of the students on their designated caseload. - Notified the designated coordinator of concerns regarding staff and/or students.

- Bi-Weekly individual 45-minute meetings with each student on my caseload that can cover assessing and developing student job readiness, resume and cover letter writing skills, interview skills, and assistance with job applications.- Attended two to three weekly 45-minute vocational group meetings, if the schedule permits this.- Administered vocational assessments to students and create a vocational report which will be given to the students.- Submitted weekly reports within 24 hours after the meeting to my designated supervisor as well as the students' entire team.- Attended weekly in-person supervision with a designated supervisor.- Provided feedback on the vocational program, and make suggestions on how to improve, and build upon the program.
