My professional journey has been marked by diverse roles, each contributing to my holistic understanding of organizational dynamics. My tenure as a Marketing Attaché at New Kenya Cooperatives Creameries in 2019 equipped me with a strategic mindset for promoting products and engaging with diverse audiences. As a Field Agent at Deloitte Kenya in 2021, I honed my analytical skills and attention to detail, contributing to impactful projects. Additionally, having served as an Administration Officer at Kihonge Enterprise, and a Returning Officer in the 2022 General elections has provided me with a keen insight into administrative intricacies.In my current role as a Gender and Youth Officer, I've participated in coordinating mentorship programs, facilitating awareness campaigns on critical issues, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to create impactful gender and youth development strategies. The nature of work extends beyond theoretical frameworks; it involves actively participating with the public for sensitization, educate and advocacy, it also requires practical implementation of policies that address the unique challenges faced by the vulnerable groups in our community. These experiences collectively shape my multifaceted approach to problem-solving, strategic planning, and community engagement.
