My duties at RF Management include working with managers, and senior leaders to develop, deliver, and execute strategies to achieve project goals, including developing assumptions when modeling and evaluating real estate transactions.Provide clear direction, goals, and objectives to your team relative to priorities, negotiations, performance targets, and commission plans or service agreements.Perform deal valuations in ready-made and ad hoc financial models. Develop and suggest transaction structures that achieve required rates of return. Perform market analyses and review business cases. Manage financial approvals.Work with the Legal department to solve problems, improve closing processes, and achieve annual budgets and goals.Train team members to analyze profits and losses, discounted cash flows, investment returns, financial models, and financial concepts. Implement best practice operations and negotiation skills.
