I pull double duty as the legal forwarder for my office as well as the collections manager. I'm also in charge of managing compliance for our company with state regulators. The duty of the collections manager is to manage collector inventory, insure quality assurance, train and develop collections staff, and deal with scheduling. As legal forwarder I maintain and work with a network of attorneys globally to organize and manage civil creditor's rights lawsuits on behalf of our clients.As the compliance officer I work with vendors and state regulators to insure our licensing is in order and our activities are incompliance with State and Federal law.

This was my second management job in the collections industry. I was assigned a team of 8-13 collectors and assisted the collection manager with performance reviews and team development in addition to performing the duties of a collector. We were a contractor for the US Department of Education.

I sold new and used cars. I was based at the VW dealership but sold Honda, Acura, Audi, and Porsche
