- Engagement with leadership and business stakeholders in understanding the impact of new RWA models and ensuring they are aware of any opportunities or challenges faced.- Analysis of granular data to understand impact of changes in the regulations, booking or RWA models which directly impact our capital allocation on given products or portfolios.- Drive forward key change projects to CB capital reporting systems by providing business input and using in depth analytical and problem solving skills to achieve the best outcome.- Actively assist Treasury and Portfolio Management teams on Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) trades which have led to significant RWA savings.- Provide expert guidance to Front Office teams on RWAs, capital treatment and deal modelling / structuring to improve balance sheet management within the sales teams.

- Work proactively across the full suite of Debt, Liquidity and Trade products to identify and deliver RWA optimisation opportunities and efficient capital treatments.- Liaise closely with the Treasury, Finance and Risk departments on key product technicalities to realise RWA savings through the use of the correct regulatory treatment.- Interrogate client level data to identify any incorrect RWA treatment and then lead Front Office Business Management stakeholders in remediating these.- Management and development of specific aspects of internal pricing tools used by Front Office, namely FTP, FX and market pricing.

- Barclays Corporate Banking Graduate Programme 2012.- Close liaison with Clients and Front Office Relationship Managers to construct detailed credit applications across a range of industries for both new and existing exposures over £20m.- Assisted with structuring new to bank large debt transactions including reviewing due diligence, modelling and sensitising financial forecasts and proposing appropriate covenants.- Responsible for managing the credit risk including the in depth analysis of financial statements and due diligence, as well as monitoring and testing of financial covenants.- Analysis and evaluation of market and industry trends related to specific sectors to support recommendations to Credit Risk. - Responsible for monitoring financial covenants and making recommendations when identifying any breaches and potential credit default.- Worked in close partnership with other areas of the Bank, as well as liaising with external solicitors on documentation to deliver an efficient service to clients.

- Barclays Corporate Banking Graduate Programme 2012.- Responsible for individual workstreams within a number of high profile and high value projects delivering key strategic changes e.g. payment execution efficiencies.- Worked closely with the Finance team to effectively manage project forecasting and budgeting to ensure key milestones are met.- Monitored and tracked key efficiencies achieved throughout the lifecycle of the project, specifically related to the headcount of both onshore and offshore operations.- Collated and reported monthly payment MI to senior stakeholders for the purpose of allocating costs to different areas within the group.
