Everyone in Educational Administration wears many hats. At CCC, I was the Director on Duty for the entire Evening Campus. I was the student's advisor, academic dean, graduation auditor, program director, front counter person, tutor, janitor, and "one-stop-shop". One day I'm their father with "tough love," the next day I'm a social worker, the next day I'm.

I was the Director on Duty and in charge of the entire evening campus from 5:00pm to 10:00pm every night. I also became acting Academic Dean my last year at NAU. I performed all the functions of the Academic Dean, i.e., registrations for the entire evening student population, advising both new and continuing students, monitored testing for the On-line.
