I was responsible for the design, prototyping, inspection, and testing of sheet metal components, stainless steel cast parts, molded plastic and silicone parts, actuators, valves, and controls.

I was GreenField Direct’s Senior Engineering Consultant and Product Manager and reported to GreenField Direct's Chief Operating Officer. I was responsible for the design, production, and technical support of the PipeBurst Pro leak detection systems.

I was responsible for process efficiency, safety, and cost reduction in multiple production areas including: final assembly, wiring and cord production, powder coat and silkscreen application, sheet metal fabrication, and transformer construction departments.Ensured a quality product was produced by: utilizing lean manufacturing principles; coordinating engineering, production, quality, and maintenance departments; monitoring process statistics; and documenting process standards and changes.

I utilized Solid Works, AutoCAD, Master CAM, CNC machining centers, manual mills and lathes, MIG welder, various hand tools and measuring instruments to fabricate and test prototype equipment and tooling components including dies, molds, jigs, test fixtures, and weld fixtures.
