Studied aqueous potassium doping effects and dopant concentration on recrystallization behavior within swaged molybdenum rods. Employed chemical analysis (ICP, AAS) and standard metallography practices on untreated versus heat treated rods at temperatures up to 1200 ℃ to analyze doped rods.Devised a method using rubber molds for compaction of mechanically alloyed refractory powders into green body rings via cold isostatic pressing. Observed linear and volumetric shrinkage ratios from pack to sintered dimensions, and examined compression and decompression rate and magnitude effects on the final sintered ingot.Currently developing a process for tape casting, debinding, and sintering of tungsten and molybdenum refractory metals using aqueous blending methods of researched deflocculants, binders, plasticizers, and solvent mixtures. Addressed a sintering issue with one of the pressed parts currently in development, exploring the effect of hydrogen penetration, thermal mass and heat-up relationships, and temperature effect. Designed a sintering schedule to improve productivity and sinter quality of the pressed parts. Created a new vessel to balance these relationships for consistent quality while maintaining elevated throughput. Implemented a method for sampling and characterizing produced rod, ingot, sheet, plate and pressed components against ASTM and AMS industry standards.Certified as an internal and external auditor for the company to maintain ISO9001 and AS9100D standards. Successfully led teams to optimize materials to meet high industry standards and customer needs. Subject matter expert for Mo and Mo alloys.Utilized machine learning to accurately characterize material mechanical properties. I develop and maintain databases for storing vast data from furnaces and physical manufacturing collection depots, aiding in better tracking and analysis of manufacturing processes.

Additionally, I manage the documentation of services performed, communicate with the quality department regarding significant service trends, and oversee financial aspects, recognizing that my decisions can have substantial cost implications.Further responsibilities include invoicing service orders, developing smart-sheets for tracking improvement opportunities, and contributing to large-scale window projects, ensuring their proper care, handling, and repair.I am proficient in utilizing various communication tools, including phones, smart-sheets, emails, and memos, and regularly present problem-solving strategies and quality improvement proposals to company executives.Eventually, I relocated to Pennsylvania to work as a full-time Service Technician while pursuing further education. In this role, my responsibilities include scheduling repairs, managing parts for repair, and performing high-level window repairs, including glass and hardware work.
