Testing, evaluating and optimizing raw material processes in silicon wafer manufacturing and string ribbon technology.Commissioning disc laser machine wafer cutting process and implementing laser marking identification. Creating and troubleshooting prototype for automated laser cutting process, including electrical and mechanical.Maintaining daily operation of next generation string ribbon furnace.Training operators on new concepts and procedures.

Tear down and replacement of hot zone components in string ribbon furnaces at end of life cycles.Assist with and troubleshoot operational and mechanical problems.Responsible for premature furnace shutdown determination.

Day to day operation of string ribbon furnaces.Laser cutting string ribbons into wafers.
