Over 40 years involved in Hospitality and at the same time tv and theatre. I had a wonderful time of creating restaurants basically around the world. NY, NJ, LA, Australia, New Zealand, and even Rarotonga. Now being settled here in Orlando Florida i am about to take on a new space to build a Kiwi-style Coffee Shop. At the same time always being involved in local groups like homelessness, food programs and Rotary I have started to get involved here.
