John has 30 years’ experience in the Building Services Engineering sector, spending the first 13 years on the tools undertaking the installation of plumbing and heating systems in both domestic and commercial premises before progressing to site supervision as a Mechanical & Electrical Clerk of Works. After a period of restudying and returning from further education he progressed into the design of mechanical building services systems from initial design conception to project completion. The sectors and projects he has been involved with range from Education, Health and Leisure, Commercial and Domestic/Residential premises. John also undertakes roles in planned maintenance and condition surveys of various Mechanical & Electrical installations.
