As a Relationship Account Manager at M&G Investments, I am passionate about helping financial advisers to provide the best investment solutions for their customers. I have over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, covering the North of England and Scotland, where I have built strong and lasting relationships with advisers and clients.In my current role, I promote M&G's product range and work closely with the Regional Business Development Director to achieve our sales targets and strategic goals. I also support advisers with training, market insights, and technical guidance, enabling them to service their customers in all aspects of investing. I am always eager to learn new skills and adapt to changing market conditions, which is why I recently completed the Embracing Unexpected Change certification from LinkedIn. I believe that by embracing change, I can deliver better outcomes for M&G and its customers.
