I am a well-organized, efficient self starter with about 30 years of experiences in the fields of customer service, hospitality and sales. I am always up for a challenge, and have met and exceeded goals and expectations for the majority of my career. First and foremost, I really care about my clients. And although the financial rewards in closing the sale are huge motivators in what I do, I sincerely care about the people with whom I come in contact every day. I strive to satisfy their needs with every tool at my disposal.I have recently continued pursuing my education goals. I received my Associates degree from Cayuga Community College in Auburn, NY over a quarter century ago. The thought of returning to school has been on my mind for about a decade. Unfortunately, with my busy schedule, sitting in a classroom one to two nights a week with a set time was an almost total impossibility for me. I then began researching online education opportunities and decided on Arizona State University. I am studying for an Bachelors of Arts in English. It has been a challenge returning to school and doing so in a nontraditional fashion. It has been thrilling and exciting and frustrating all at once. I am under so illusion this choice will be taken lightly. The hope is to complete the Bachelors degree in 2016 and continue with a Masters in English, again at Arizona State and again online.In addition to my education and career goals, I spend my mornings at the gym working out and one evening a week in a scene study class, with the hopes of reentering the world of local theatre. This next year will be spent focusing on these four area: Work, school, gym and theatre. I feel that will nourish me fully mind, body and soul. It will make me a more well-rounded person.Most of all, I'm excited about continuing on this wonderful journey called life.
