Alfajiri Street Kids Art is a registered not for profit organization whose main objective is to reach out to the children living in the streets and those at risk through art creation then to rehabilitate, educate and support children to give them hope, a future and a chance to participate in the community. My responsibilities are.Managing all projects at Alfajiri, projects such as Art workshop, Family reintegration, Rehabilitation and Educations of the kids.Preparing and keeping of database of all the kids. Managing all the finances at Alfajiri Street kids Art and ensuring accountability and keeping of accounts records.Preparing budget and planning for the activities in ASKO.Enhance good planning on Visiting Families and research on the kids families.Liaising with donors to raise funds for Alfajiri organisation.Project writing for funding.Assist in the preparation of budgets and accounts to donors, as requested.Provide any other financial information, as requested, and respond to any other financial queries.Liaise regularly with budget holders.Continue to develop improvements in the finance system, as necessary.Ensure that appropriate finance systems are maintained, and that all procedures and controls are implemented.Monitoring & evaluation of the programsProvide support to field finance staff, and work closely with them to ensure that financial information is accurate and up to date
