• Responsible for developing necessary competencies across all levels and areas of the Enterprise cloud services ECS organization to successfully drive organizational and cultural change and break silos.• Responsible to establish and run a global collaboration network within ECS to enable transparency, proactive risk mitigation, informed decision taking at all levels and agreement on end-to-end policies and KPIs.• Supporting Mid- and Senior Management Team in preparation, governance, and follow-up of respective collaboration meetings.• Leading and implementing strategic change programs inside ECS Delivery in collaboration with entire ECS organization.• Closely work and align with Delivery and Customer Units on all levels, from operations to senior management level and including our external partners by building strong relationships.
