Business Development Manager:• Solely responsible for Establishing, Maintaining, Directing & nurturing multiple customer/client relationships. • Active in identifying client business needs as well as developing and presenting proposals for customized business solutions. • Engaged in actively pursuing opportunities to grow client businesses by up-selling and cross-selling needed services.• Collaborate with technical teams to custom tailor solutions based upon technical and business requirements of customers. • Enhance business from existing accounts to full potential and generate maximum revenue on a long-term basis.Recruiting head: • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, recruit, and select highly qualified candidates• Work on either recruitment cycle: FT/Permanent, Contract to hire or pure contracting candidates.• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers by determining the specific needs of the positions. • Develop and implement numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, ad placement, position postings, direct sourcing/cold calling, and applicant tracking and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.• Responsible for streamlining the hiring process by interviewing and screening possible candidates, coordinating phone and in-person interviews with managers and assisting in the orientation process and the paperwork for the selected candidates.• Attending various networking events, seminars and job fairs, including at university level, to increase prospective candidate pool.• Train junior recruiters in all facets of recruiting including but not limited to internet recruiting, cold calling, networking, interviewing and screening of candidates.
