Reported to the President, member of executive leadership team, responsible for all consumer and trade marketing activities. Scope included all channels of the automotive and trucking aftermarkets, including Retailers, Mass Merchandisers, Distributors, New Car Dealers, Quick Lube operators, Independent Repair Shops and Trucking Fleets. Increased market share by 5 points through a comprehensive brand relaunch. Restructured the Marketing Team to better meet business needs. Renegotiated major sponsorship deals, reducing costs while improving asset value.

Consulted on various Marketing, Sales and advisory assignments in the Entertainment, Media and Food/Beverage industries. Projects included advising an Investment Firm on the Home Entertainment Industry and working with a Digital Sports News Syndicator in Business Development in the US market.

Responsible for the strategic direction and profitability growth of the Home Entertainment Group in Canada, comprised of the Home Video, Video Games and Digital streaming and download businesses. Led a team of 65 people in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance. Increased bottom line by 33%. Drove market share from #4 to #1 position, Launched the Video Games and Digital business segments. Reduced costs by 20%.

Markham

Reporting to the General Manager, responsible for leading all marketing activities of the $300MM Consumer Division, which accounted for 95% of corporate profit. Led a team of 21 people, with a marketing budget of $18MM. Drove record market share on the Smucker Brand; effectively defended Bick's brand against market entry by US #1 player Vlasic to the point that they exited Canada; integrated acquisition of Robin Hood Multifoods marketing team and brands.

Reporting to the Vice- President, Marketing, accountable for driving topline growth and market share gains on the $110MM 7Up trademark and $150MM Non-Carbonated Beverages portfolio. Responsible for strategy and all marketing activities with 4 reports and a marketing budget of $15MM. Relaunched 7Up brand with new formulation, packaging, advertising and promotional activity resulting in 6% market share gain; received Pepsico Star Award. Grew Non-carbonated beverage share from 5% to 11% of corporate volume in 3 years.
