CurrentAs Director, I focus on achieving organisational objectives by overseeing operational management, regulation and compliance of this FCA-regulated Claims Management Company.I am the sole decision-maker responsible for all strategic marketing decisions, programmes, and initiatives, such as developing and launching new strategy campaigns across various platforms that are forecasted to earn the company substantial revenue in fees.I constantly test new markets whilst nurturing existing connections to enable long-term growth opportunities. I am involved in various aspects of innovative compliance related projects, policies and procedures, risk mitigation, producing value-adding reports and providing commercial support to other departments.In this role, I provide insightful and value-adding advice and information to the firm regarding its data protection obligations as Firm Data Protection Officer. I maintain all FCA policies and procedures, particularly regarding vulnerability and Treating Customers Fairly.I create and implement the firm’s IT strategy, including security and disaster recovery policies, and perform detailed reviews of ongoing reporting requirements of the company as well as financial projections and business analysis to establish the impact on internal systems and procedures.I also embed a robust risk management culture by ensuring company compliance with all statutory requirements, overseeing internal quality assurance for the firm and maintaining the firm’s data protection compliance.Furthermore, I develop and maintain positive relationships with third-party agencies and organisations to obtain the best possible client outcome.
