I've been in the commercial and private air transportation industry for over 35 years. Throughout my career, my passion and focus has centered around improving Crew Resource Management and Professional Standards on the flight deck. My present role is as a Captain and Instructor Pilot on the Airbus A220 for a startup Air Carrier Operation. Experienced domestic and international Captain in Air Carrier and Private jet flight operations. Corporate Flight Department experience flying on the Falcon 900EX-EASy and 2000LX. I also have fulfilled a role as a department Safety Officer and managing a SMS program.I've been a PIC for Part 91, 121 and 135 operations, an Air Carrier- IOE & Line Check Airman, an Air Carrier Simulator Instructor. Total Time15,000 + hours. PIC 10,000 + hours.The value I provide is helping our team managing our Safety Management System (SMS), identifying hazards within the Flight Department, collecting data, analyzing and mitigating risks. My objective is focused on continuous improvement, facilitating change management and promoting a culture of safety.
