The Southeast Region includes 4 states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi. The ZOLL Public Safety Channel is responsible for selling through distribution into any public building outside of the Hospital, Fire/EMS and Military markets. This includes all of corporate America, education, industrial/manufacturing, county/city/state buildings, police etc. Build relationships with distributor sales reps and managers, training and driving sales of portable automated external defibrillators. Responsible for coaching and motivating sales reps with the end goal of overachieving our yearly operating plan consisting of sales revenue, standard gross profit and contribution margin. Grow and maintain the existing distributor customer portfolio, and qualifying new leads to maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales. Generate proposals, prepare sales quotes, plan customer meetings, and demonstrating equipment capabilities, in-service product training on assigned products. Sales negotiation and deal closure at the customer level, interfacing with all key buying influencers. Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of ZOLL AED's and competitive products. Track, forecast, and report revenue expectations on a weekly basis for the Southeast U.S. region. Recruit and manage a team of manufacture reps and distributor sales reps while providing support and training for those reps.
