Born in South Africa and spent most of his time in the construction and heavy plant industry in Africa.John was appointed as a company director at the age of 32 and thereafter held positions as managing director and held committee positions with various business organisations.John is widely travelled in Africa, Europe, UK, and China and speaks various African languages.In 2002 John migrated to New Zealand and after 2 years in heavy plant management entered the Commercial real estate industry specialising in the sales of hospitality businesses and properties.John is an active outdoor person that enjoys marathon running, kayaking, fishing he believes in the old adage healthy body, healthy mind. John enjoys a challenge be it in business, property sales, or physical activities and is looking outside the “square” for opportunities and solutions.He believes and stands by the saying that says “do to others as you would yourself “.John believes in being extremely vendor focused and guarantee 100% commitment and great service, however, he also believes:, “I also have a duty of care towards the purchaser and promise them the absolute best of service as well”. John moved to Western Australia in 2012 and has been involved in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial properties south of the Swan River since his arrival.John is registered as a business broker with Australian College of Professionals and has successfully been involved in various business sales in WA and New Zealand.While in the real estate industry john has developed various appraisal and marketing and soft wear programs that allow him and his colleagues to appraise property values in accordance with current market trends.
