The Graduate School Funding Office

I conduct research for the Graduate School pertaining to job placement, graduation rates, and other student information. I also assist with the organization and application of graduate fellowships.

I assist with office processes, as well as coordinate special projects for the Graduate School Admissions Office.

I recorded and interpreted enrollment, retention, and performance data for the Eastern Bridge program, which serves a student population that consists of first generation college students, as well as students with low high school GPA's or ACT/SAT scores. I also served as a student adviser to students in the program.

I was the chair of the Committee on Committees. I advised the Student Government Association Vice President on matters involving the Senate standing committees.

I served as the Senate Committee Chair that advises Registered Student Organizations in all SGA related matters. The committee meets with new organizations to answer any questions about SGA or the student organization's role on campus. I served on the RSO Risk Management Committee, which reviews new organizations for approval. I was also responsible for organizing all senate funding, including the organizational funding appropriations process, which reviews and approves funding requests for student organizations across campus.

I assisted first time college students with the proper process to take the necessary tests to enroll. I helped gather information for students, as well as helped with scheduling and payment processing. I also proctored local and national exams, such as the ACT, SAT, and LSAT. I processed and recorded test scores in a school-wide database.

As the manager of the book department, I led a team of associates in the stocking, merchandising, and sales processes for books and magazines. As a counter team leader, I led a team of associates at the register in checkout and buyback processes. I also maintained all registers, the store safe, and performed store opening and closing duties.

I assisted with the process of installing plumbing and HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and service buildings.
