Ensuring day to day interactions with the clients are taking place and status/ updates are shared on regular basis and take the ownership of same. Interact with the Client SPOCS on regular basis for new requirements and share the same with the delivery team. Involve in high level Client Discussions and provide insight with the Market Research data/ findings in terms of various industry verticals/ sector’s growth potential, resources availability, niche skills combinations, average compensation in the current market and the prevailing conditions. Brand Building activities though Internet, Social Media Networking, etc.,  BD Activities - Lead Generation thru Cold Calling, Mass Mailing, Social Media, Print Media, LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, & high level references. Qualify the leads and contact them for discussion accordingly.  Responding to RFIs, preparing RFPs/RFQs; Understanding the client’s requirements, advising all the possible solutions accordingly. Negotiating on the Pricing, TAT, T&C and preparing the contractual agreement accordingly. Evaluate Client’s Progress on regular basis - This is a very important activity for every consultant to stay abreast Clients expectations. Most importantly this would also help the organization assess, as to providing further service would add value and generate revenue.  Monitor the pulse of the market to understand the direction, market is heading – in terms of growth, new projects, etc.,  Working with the delivery team very closely to ensure that the client deadlines are met and the quality is maintained at high standards.  Offer a helping-hand to the delivery team as and when required.
